The Origin

Named for the Book of Genesis — the origin of creation — this program was founded on a simple belief: every athlete deserves a fresh start and a real foundation. We don't recruit finished products. We build them.

Our circuit play is provided by United Skills Academy, which gives us access to elite youth basketball events geared towards creating and developing collegiate athletes and professional players overseas. That same level of coaching, preparation, and competitive standard is what Genesis Elite brings to every player in our program.

Training Philosophy
Before the glory,
the groundwork.
Skills Development
Ball handling, footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing at the rim. Every session is structured with individual skill progression — not just running plays. We train the player, not the position.
Competitive Reps
Live game situations, film study, decision-making under pressure. Our athletes don't just practice — they compete every day. The gym is where the work happens so the game feels easy.

From the first dribble to the recruiting trail. We meet athletes where they are and push them where they need to go.
Youth Development
Grades 2-5Fundamentals-first. Ball handling, shooting form, court awareness, and learning to love the grind. This is where the foundation gets poured.
Junior Elite
Grades 6-8Position-specific training with advanced skill work. Tournament play against top Arizona programs. Building basketball IQ and competitive toughness.
Varsity Prep
Grades 9-12College-prep competition and exposure. Film study, strength and conditioning, recruiting guidance. Athletes in this program compete on the circuit through United Skills Academy.
Skills Academy
All AgesWeekly skill sessions — shooting, handles, finishing, defense. Open to Genesis Elite athletes and walk-ins. Come put in the work.

Our founder isn't just running drills from a YouTube video. He coaches on the circuit level through United Skills Academy — competing in elite youth basketball events against top programs across the country. He's seen what it takes to get to the next level because he helps players get there.
Genesis Elite was created to bring that same standard of player development — the intensity, the detail, the accountability — to every kid in Arizona who's willing to put in the work. This isn't a rec league. This is the real thing.
